You are 100% correct Eagle those should not show up in the 2010 annual.

I did a compare and only found the addition of company stock payments to thistle and picket in section 11.

Kenneth Stead and Timothy Stead are brothers. The business address for both

J. Wayne Pickett, M.Sc., P.Geo ( NL.BC). Mr. Picket is a registered
professional geologist. He is the Senior Vice President Capital Projects and a
director of the Company. During 2010, he was President of Lado Oscuro Consulting, Inc., Alberta, Canada. In 2008 and 2009, he was a consulting
geologist. From 2005 to 2008, he served as Exploration Manager and Vice President Exploration for Crosshair Exploration & Mining Corp., Newfoundland. Mr. Pickett does not hold any shares of the Company’s
Common Stock. Upon completing a two-year term as a director of the Company. Mr. Pickett will receive 2 million shares of the Company’s Common Stock. His business address is 1149 Topsail Road, Mount Pearl, Newfoundland, Canada A1N 5G2, which is the address of the Company.
W. Les Thistle. Mr. Thistle is a director of the Company. He is a practicing attorney with W. Les Thistle Law Office. His business address is 229 Park Avenue, Mount Pearl, NL, A1N 1L4. Mr. Thistle does not hold any shares of the Company’s Common Stock. Upon completing a two=year term as a director, Mr.
Thistle will receive 2 million shares of the Company’s Common Stock.

I like to see items like this. It looks like Ken is giving back a little to a few key individuals in the company and putting it on an incentive time line. OR there is something brewing and Mr thistle and Mr Pickett wanted to make sure they were covered, this too is good since they might believe the stock wont die before their payout time.
