So KATX files an AMENDED annual disclosure statement for last year, and many don't have any idea of what they are reading and then panic sell, because it does not contain material information that occurred AFTER NOVEMBER 30, 2010, such as hiring the IR firm. I confirmed today that they are absolutely still engaged to represent KATX/G.

Does anyone include current 2011 income and expense info when they file an amended tax return for 2010? DUH!
