i dont know what that means; i know equus owed me money and when the merger went thru i was repaid in shares; equus had no money and that was from prior to marty;
i dont know what was meant by qasp paying theirs

as for the preferreds which make me a shareholder i believe they are legit as they were authorized and issued per the merger, filed w. sos, issued to me, referenced in the filings, in pr announcing dean stepping down and at some point someone tried to ammend them for their own use...to say that there isnt serious evidence of their existence is in all due respect not realisti
