He's been trying to put out "nice" PR's over the past weeks, and each time he dumps a few 100 mio shares into the market. If the OS maxes out, he can just issue more shares to raise the AS, and keep on going like that, selilng shares @ .0001 (as long as the share price stays where it is now).
If he would want this stock to go up, he should just sell all the shares he has now into the market, do a 10000/1 RS, raise the AS dramatically (but don't touch them for a while), and let the share price settle itself (read: drop!).
When the price is settled, he can issue a few nice PR's, which WILL make people buy in, and the share price will rise, because the float is much lower and the share price will be at a level where it's easier to get an uptick than .0001 to .0002, which is after all 100% difference!
He can than along the way dump shares, without people really noticing, and making more money than he is now dumping billions at .0001.
Of course this scenario would be a disaster for the current shareholders (including me). But whatever you guys are hoping for here, a big run, and the OS being maxed out, so he cannot dump more, is just wishful thinking ...
I'd be REALLY happy if we get this stock to .001!!! I'm just not sure what kind of news would be needed to get it there ... They'd have to get a deal with Japan to deliver solar panels to replace the nuclear plants to power the whole of Japan probably!!! Oh, wait, maybe it might actually go to .01 if that would ever happen!!! But, just dream on ... .0006 will be a nice achievement.
