If Chin plays this right he is saving the better PR's for when the AS/OS has been soaked up or at least very close to it WITHOUT issuing other shares as the AS/OS reaches its max. If he drops the mother of all PR's then we should have a large strong group willing to hold. Yes you will get your flippers but many have purchased in large quantities (40MM and 50MM) that I know of so will ride this to considerable gains. Hold long and you will be richly rewarded IMO.
