I'm hoping to see significant platinum recoveries too, but don't dare get my hopes up too far just yet.
The 2-11-11 SGS Minerals Lab Analysis suggests there were levels above "random" that might be recoverable (.49 gpt in the overburden).
The specific gravity of gold (19.2) and platinum (21.4) suggest they will be found in the same gravel, so there is every reason to hope for a positive result in the prime gravel.
I just figured for purposes of this first contest, we'd just go with what we know we're gonna have.
