no profits.... check
bunch of diluted stocks..... check
CEO sold shares....... check (big red flag)
company has been around a decade nothing to show..... check
R/S....... Check
more diluting after the R/S .... check


Am I off anywhere or stating anything not factual

All the lemmings follow suit even if it is off a cliff

I have never bashed the company just stated the obvious....
