Eagle you may be on to something.
In the past few days when bid sitting I would be at the top for what seemed like an eternity then for grins I would jump back off bid and watch ARCA sell to AUTO or NITE for my last bid or less.

Look at the L2 today. The last couple .0211 trades (in a sea of .021 trades) were my partial fills totaling 100k. But immediately after my last partial filled ARCA let 200k trade for .021 to guess who...

Maybe I am just not ARCA's favorite and could not get the special price. :)
