THE 1 MILLION BLOCK TRADES

That's because no matter how many people buy, ARCA has to come in daily and show off their puny power and attempts to copycat HDSN.
We would be much higher because as you just said, and I have written this also; we are buying MUCH MORE than we are selling.
KATX is gaining ground while that HDSN wannabe named ARCA, purposely lowers the ASK every day, and they usually do it in the late afternoon to be sure to keep us from gaining.
I am not the only one who notices this.

HSDN was truly distributing a large position. What ARCA is doing is quite different. ARCA is BUYING, not SELLING.

When a sophisticated investor wants to accumulate a large position in a thinly traded stock, they DO NOT do it like you, a retail trader. They don't sit there all day long whacking their mouse buy button at the ask, driving the price up on themselves day after day.

They engage a market maker like ARCA to acquire the position for them, with time and size parameters, i.e. X numbers of shares over X amount of time.

ARCA accumulates by naked selling at the ask. They can do that as a market maker. Then they transfer the accumulated shares to the buyer at the agreed upon average price, in one big block at the end of the day. Those are the 1 million share block trades. Note that the transfers take place only when ARCA has sold as low MM on the ask, after the volume has tipped over the 1 million shares point typically. Your big clue :)

Now you know the answer to the puzzling question that many have asked: "Why would a large seller lower the ask price when there were buyers at a higher price?" Answer: BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT SELLING! THEY WERE ACTUALLY BUYING! THE MYSTERY UNVEILED! Do you like paying more or less? Think this through and it all makes now perfect sense.

Very slick huh? And all legit within FINRA rules and regs.

I have been aggressively accumulating myself down at these levels. It usually pays to follow the smart, inside, big money and ignore the chattering of the dumb money.

P.S. Ignore the absurd theory how the 1 million blocks still trading are the market makers squaring their books. That is ignorant nonsense.

The more frustrated some become that the old "How can we scare the kiddies today" routine is just not working anymore, the more bizzare the attacks will become.
