Having lawyers look over a PR is commom pratice, and in fact, most companies have the lawyers right it, so the fact that they were waiting for lawyers to look it over really isn't anything out of the norm. IMO it would be far more likely to have a company buy out TYTN just for their patents then them actually buying anyone.
