Hi Guys-

Missed no3putts post on RB the other day. I'll be here daily, now.

Still do not know what to make of this. One side says "Good. Get the naked shorters out". The other side says "Bad. This will dampen liquidity and discourage small investors". Another side is looking in to some other implications (based on my financial planning background) that do not initially appear to be good, but I need further info from transfer agent, before I post/speculate in the event I am wrong.
