Being objective I seen accusations here of fraud. Might be right might be wrong. Until someone here is charged by SEC/DOJ with fraud then no fraud. It like in sports we see a bad call and say clearly the player was safe. Well as long as law Umpire calls him out he is out even if replay shows safe. When we see someone charged with fraud then its fraud. Until then opinions can say whatever they want to we have free speech. Doesn't make them right or wrong just makes them opinions. Now when we see charges of fraud no longer opinions.
