perhaps it is incompetence or mental instability that caused BTDG to file such releases.

One would have to assume that an objective person has a brain and can make a logical deduction in much the same way that a member of a jury is expected to look at evidence and determine guilt or innocence. In the case of BTDG, the evidence is overwhelming that fraud has been committed. The evidence has been discussed ad infinitum on this board as well.

To assume that the management is simply clinically insane or "mentally unstable" as opposed to criminally minded is stretching it especially given the fact that the CEO of this ruse was found guilty of stealing Direct TV signals and reselling them to residential customers in Arizona. He appears to be a hopeless scam artist.
