I made two trips down to speak personally with management. On both occasions JD told me flat out he had not sold a single share.

These are the kinds of things you have to watch out for. Maybe JD gave them to his wife and she sold them. Maybe he gave them to somebody else and they sold them. Maybe he made a trade. Maybe he lost them in a poker game. Or he could have just sold them and lied to you (this is the most likely).

It doesn't really matter what he told you. He could have ended all of the debate for free by releasing how many shares he owns and keeping it updated. He is not willing to do that. We know it isn't because he is too busy because he will gab with shareholders all day. So why didn't he do it when the PPS was at .02 and give all longs a true vote of confidence?

Only one obvious answer.
