'unexpected'..Sorry about the delay in response ..Just have been busy..In answer to your questions ..Firstly it is my understanding that we will be coming out of revocation at the same pps as we finished and also at the last known reasonably assessed share structure of @ 4 Billion..There is a discussion to reduce the share structure without a R/S via a potential buyback of some degree!..Secondly... I.. in my opinion... believe we that have a current vested interest in Cape Systems will benefit significantly as Cape re-emerges streamlined and I strongly suspect ..refitted ...as the much referred to EVENT is still in play!! I highly suspect that Cape has or is about to acquire an entity that will re-assert Capes position in it's field and add exceptional value to Cape's overall market cap!..I do know that Nic needs to use the acquired @ 18 plus to 20 mill in tax benefits from the previous NOL's (Net Operating Losses) and that an area of acquisition is quite applicable (Sort of like free money) Nic cannot by restriction let go of Cape as he requires a majority stake to keep the rights to these NOL's and as well as a number of other restrictions all of which I understand cannot be but only beneficial to Cape Systems otherwise he might as well burn the NOL's ..Hence @ 20 million reasons to get Cape on track again!!! Add that there has some occasional reference to DNPI acquiring Cape at a later date once all the dust settles this adds even more incentive to a bigger better Cape!....So all together looking forward.. murmurs inclusive .I see it near impossible that that we have to wait much past mid year before the Big Picture has been made clearly to us and the pps benefits accordingly!!!
