hey Cork, I think it's time that we start a poll and see what everyones guess is for the amount of gold to be announced in the PR. Something like we did last year. It will be interesting to see how close we are to what is actually happening.
And I'd like to be the first one, of course!
I think Meltinglass was correct in sayng that we should be producing about 1,000 oz of gold a month now. And we still haven't heard any numbers for Nov., Dec., Jan, or Feb. So the gold from those months should be included in the PR.
The Dec 2nd FR stated:
"The first dredge has been positioned in the water and operations are commencing. The second dredge will be in place and operational by mid December with the balance of dredges scheduled to be in operations by the first of the New Year."

So we've had ONE dredge running since Dec 2nd, two since mid Dec.
We know they were removing overburden, but even THAT had some gold. Hell, I'm starting to think that they are finding at least a little gold in anything they wash, it's just a question of how much and which area is going to get the most for our efforts. I feel THAT's the lesson learned in the rainy season, IMO.
So I'm going to take a stab at it and say that the PR will show production for 2,222 oz of Gold. We've been in Virgin Ancient Gravel for over a month with ALL of the dredges, and some of them may have been in the gravel for 2 or 3 months now. At least ONE of them could have found a sweet spot that will take us to much better numbers, and I'm confident that ALL of them have found at least SOME gold that will match John's conservative projections.
so....
2,222 oz of gold =
2,222 x $1,300 = $2,888,600
The Farm News and Carbon Credit update is Good Gravy.
And I'm predicting the PPS will immediately spike to $0.015.
That's my guess and I'm stickin' to it!
