The only shares Jersey has are the 1,151,200 for which I paid over $50,000 back in 2007. I have never been compensated a dime for doing any of this work. I never even charged for reimbursement of my traveling expenses for the times I went down to Jersey to visit Gil. Yes, Gil has promised me that he will compensate me in post-merger shares for the work I have done. I never anticipated that my services would be provided for free, but I have always believed that I would eventually be fairly compensated for my work, and still do.
