Muff..i do not think Jersey is getting played. Jersey has found an opportunity for himself. Gil has most likely made some promisses to Jersey which has him doing what he is doing. Most likely promised shares as this is how Gil has operated in the past. Maybe a promise of post merger shares after the R/S. Personally I would submit a bill for my time and want cash. Then it would be my choice if I wanted to purchase the shares. Again Jersey already has shares pre R/S CASH IS KING! Most likely there is no cash to pay anyone just shares.
