Deashus, unfortunately it is you who is wrong. I am ashamed of you - you follow what Rick Lutz says as the gospel truth without trying to verify it yourself.

Take a look at NMKT's 3rd Qtr (2004) 10-QSB - I have provided a link so as to make the task easier for you since you couldn't take the effort to look at it yourself.

http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1092083/000116415004000183/nmti-10qsb_09302004.txt

Within the link, take a look at page F-2 and you'll find the following:

STOCKHOLDERS EQUITY
Senior convertible preferred stock, $0.001 par value, authorized 10,000,000
shares; Series A, 100: Series B, 0 and 503: Series C 3,300; Series D 550;
Series E 2,000 and Series F 3,000 and 0 issued and outstanding shares

Common stock, $0.001 par value, authorized 100,000,000 shares; 69,445,397 and
50,934,786 issued and outstanding shares

So you see it is Rick Lutz that was mistaken. To call someone blindsided without confirming data for yourself is indeed a lapse of good judgement.

The reason I'm posting this in defense of Azpete0 is because I posted the same information (increase in A/S from 100 mill to 300 mill) in one of my prior posts (# 1503). And lastly, as I pointed out in my prior posts, unless NMKT gives EPS/Profit guidance for the next year, it's share-price is by NO MEANS CHEAP!!
