pete, i don't want to bat this back and forth, and i believe you didn't know, but i couldn't find a/s 100M. I can tell you that Yahoo is lax on updating info for BB and PK stocks. the O/S on NMKT isn't up to date either.
BUT what i can tell you is that Rick Lutz told me that last year when i called asking about it. its a good thing. especially considering the cut throat corps that are out there waiting to practically wring the life out of a small company. they can because they're in the driver seat knowing small companies are inherently challenged to attain fair and cost efficient financing.
I'm sorry you were blindsided. And i definitely see your view.
On the bright side, the stock is still cheap.
