When ANYONE including Dr. Maxie.....can provide the investors with the LEGAL name, address and phone number and attest to the fact of the so called "buyout candidate", I am sure most investors would then have a slightly different opinion. Until that happens, SPPH is a NON CREDIBLE company with the same as it's management.

I will bet anyone that the Dr. will supply it to the SEC or else. Their have been things said and promoted by this company that are way beyond ethical by anyone's standards including the SEC.
