Whats so hard to understand about Spencer trying to move forward while pursuing merger possibilities.
This news release clearly tells me that SPPH is trying to add value to it's portfolio making it more appealing to venture capital & larger pharma.
Good Luck all - Long term IMOP is looking good. There has been plent of allegations and attempts to defame Spencer's reputation . More than enough to warrant the SEC to have a look.

If any of the statements made by Spencer regarding Al Dorra where bot verifiable we would have seen a halt and a bump down to the grey.
Fact is we are otcbb and all looks good.
SPPH is undervalued.
Longs please call your broker and ask that your shares be put into "Loan Exempt" status making them unavailable to lend to short.
