"what % of the new a/s will be used as options?,
(it's not if any will be used but rather how much & when),
"what basis will be used to determine that number?,
"will the shareholders have any say when that is to be awarded?,
& the biggie,
"why should the shareholders authorize such a large increase in the a/s when you can't answer my questions & concerns directly"?,
one last question,
"I ask again, why should the shareholders authorize such a large increase in the a/s when you can't answer my last question & directly address my concerns?,
