I wouldn't get nervous people over today's trading. Much bigger things on the horizon to look forward to. Could just be some MM's trick to scare you into selling them your shares(is it working?)

I don't think the company has any reason to dilute with just what little we know about the merger. GRDO is having their financial house put in order with help from the other company. At least that's my take, so why dilute?
Maybe to rearrange share structure? (OK, that's reaching)
