he would do an RS to of course make money for himself and would not have to spend a dime to do it and to make more excuses to dilute... A CEO that dilutes will constintly dilute and will do it over and over again, doesnt matter if it isnt benificial to the company or the shareholders it just matter what he can line his pockets with and his wife...
