I've only seen this trade at these levels once before. Not for this long but right after it came a huge increase in the pps. The float was a lot smaller though. Obviously the company could care less about the pps at this time. They are very driven on their expansion. Could be a good time to load up, not very confident on time frame for the pps to improve. Very dissapointed with the year end news in relation to the pps.
