John specifically stated he felt 50 million shares issuance as his estimate for merger completion and NO FINANCING NEEDED do to a $20 million line of credit would handle sales expansion needs.

You estimated 250 million shares for o/s on completion, I estimated 200 million and John says 185 million o/s.
