The fact that CSID is answering guard dogs phones leads me to believe they are clearly the "merging PARTNER." Come on, just because they called us a partner doesn't mean were not merging with them- there's no way they would tell you the 2 are merging.

Put it this way, when we went 24 hour live calls, we were NOT "powered by CSID" now we are- I can't state this any stronger- I do not believe CSID would waste time doing GRDO's customer service unless they had a serious vested interest in the company.

After this DD i believe now more than ever were merging with CSID
