Fee Objections! I am again submitting a fee objection to WGM Nov. 2010 fees requested. If you notice in all fee request is for example - WGM Nov. 2010 request of $4,416,774.20 (80% of $5,520,967.75) If no objections are filed they get 100% - if just one objection is filed they get 80% and the judge can review the objection and demand further adjustments. I will continue filling fee objections on WGM & A&M fee requests – time permitting, but there are many others fee request from creditors commettee and others that should also get objections.
