Well guys (and gals), if you sneezed you missed this morning's hearing :)

As I mentioned yesterday, I had overhead Rosen saying he would be on vacation one of these coming hearings, and today must have been it. He was a no show, and only the EC's local co counsel showed for us. Maybe a dozen people in the courtroom total today.

Prevor called in, and apologized right off to the court for the tone of his letter and some of his comments to the judge. He spoke well and from the heart, gave a number of examples of how Rosen appeared to be working for JPM, despite being paid by the estate. In the end, however, the judge ruled against his motion. She was very patient and understanding with him, but that didn't help in the final analysis.

He did make good points that are now on the record.

I tried to read a statement on behalf of our own Bets, but was denied that opportunity by the judge. However, now on the record is that Bets can speak (and others) at the next hearing.
