Re: recent SEC rule changes. I don't want to sound stupid here but does anyone know if the market makers had 2 weeks to cover naked shorts beginning on Feb. 28th when the new rules went into effect or did they have to cover right away on Feb. 28th? That would mean they would have to cover shorts by 3/11? Anyone?
