apparently..? why, because that's the amount of the loan...?

i guarantee you it's not "apparent" to anyone but you...and "apparently" you know absolutely nothing about what happens when a business gets a loan...

it's standard practice for the company's assets to be put up as security...as in collateral...

often times a company's ENTIRE assets are pledged even though the company is worth many multiples the amount of the loan...has nothing to do with the valuation...it's simply standard wording to cover all bases so the loaner can recover any loss...

got anything else...?
