I guess the question is, what can the ASC do for shareholders? Not a freakin thing right? So a million Canadian tax dollars wasted on attorneys, administrators, judges, investigators, stenos, witness fees and for WHAT? Again, not a freakin thing. Everyone involved except the shareholders benefit in one way or the other. Somehow I dont think john kirk and Co are shaking in their boots over the outcome.
