The most successful development would be: Keep no reverse split until there is a good merger plan. That will be the best for its next development -- It might be idle for a period during working out a good development plan.
If it is able to get back to a reasonable stock price level without reverse split in future, then I believe it will clear out all the confusion and shows its potential to march into a very successful stage. It is my opinion.
