BIPH - I consider it significant merely because of the legal implications between saying something in a conference call vs. printing it in a PR and filing an 8K with the SEC.

The big question now is when will a partner allow the disclosure? BIPH has indicated they're not interested in exclusive licensing, so a partner is going to want all the lead time they can get to develop the product and get it approved. If BIPH granted someone exclusivity to something, then maybe we hear about it earlier?

The SEC 8k disclosure rules say significant agreements need to be announced within 4 days I believe? So does this little sentence at the end of a PR count for meeting that requirement? What about the partner? Could this deal be significant for BIPH, but insignificant for a partner? I could see where a reasonable argument could be made that even $30-$40 Million could be considered insignificant for a BSX or MDT.

So I'm not sure what to expect this week? Part of me believe BSX might issue a PR about something before their quarterly CC Tuesday @ 11....and the other part of me thinks we may not here any details for months...but maybe get some details about an equity investment or some vague terms of a development agreement.
