BIPH - I know this sounds like Terp516 on the RB board so I won't win friends: As I understand it, CEO Weiner re-announces (third or fourth time) that he has a deal and is awaiting "authorization" to announce it. How does this re-announcement differ from any of the other comments he has made (e.g. "term sheet completed", "we have a deal with a major manufacturer") over the preceding few weeks? No doubt the share price will rise, but for how long? A day or two? Not at all? Be careful, folks.
