Yes... the RS could be a good thing. I understand. Of course, I'd rather just keep my few hundred thousand shares intact and have the sp skyrocket from there. :] .....drkazmd, that lil mining company that did the successful RS last year wouldn't happen to be Revett Minerals would it? I own RVMID from back before the split so I know exactly what you are saying here. That instance of splitting the stock was a good thing for shareholders as it got the ball rolling and is now moving upward.

Disclosure here: I am way more of a gold/silver mining investor than I am a tech investor such as with Mphase. Mphase just came along and I thought it had potential. It is my lottery ticket. As jrs says......we will either look like geniuses or the opposite at some point in the future. ....The best advice I can give any of you right now is to diversify your holdings (which I'm sure all here have) ..The mining and commodities sectors such as ag and oil are among the best places to be right now for investment purposes. Just my opinion and of course do your own DD.
