Florida (FL) SOS - AWYI

Just recently created a new tool to help find SOS info more quickly.

The Secretary of State (SOS)

Just refer to the iBox, and "click" on "Florida" (since that is AWYI's state of incorporation). Should take you to the most direct search option available.

When you get there, type in "Ariel Way", and then click on corporate name "Ariel Way, Inc".

Should bring up plenty of data - and the nice thing is that in FL it's all free.

Scroll down the page to the Document Images section , and click on "View image in PDF format" to see reports and amendments.

If you did all that then big congrats. You just learned how to perform DD via The Secretary of State - and that is a very useful skill in this market!
