I hope they stay in the Pinks until they are generating at least a couple of $million a year in clear profit. Money and time spent on SEC filings is money and time not being reinvested in the company. And as we've seen in the last few days being on the Pinks has not stopped the price from going up 30%. Nor will it stop the price from going much, much higher if that is what the market wants to do.

Investors don't really care where the stock is located as long as they see a good story. Virtra's story is getting better and better. Especially so if they could market the shooting range to private shooters, something I hope to find out in the upcoming conference call.

Eventually they will move back to OTC.bb and perhaps even the NASDAQ. But I'd rather they did that when they are a LOT stronger than they are today.
