Didn't I hear that company will be break even in 12 months? If so, why do they need additional shares? The 40 million currently authorized should be more than sufficient. If they don't start earning meaningful revenues and if stock price drops dramatically, I could see that they would need more shares, but I certainly hope you don't expect that. What this tells me is that they expect the share price to depreciate... not appreciate and therefore they will need more shares. 20 million shares at $1.00, 10 million at $2.00 or 40 million at $.50. All raise the same amount. This request sends me a chilling message that they expect the stock price is to drop and they will need more shares to raise sufficent funds because they won't be break even in 12 months.
