Proxy announcement: 2/23 according to Pinksheets.com

It didn't drop after proxy announcement to increase a/s or after 3/2 when they completed amendments to increase. shares are sitting in transfer agent to come out, 15 days windows.

Be careful, this may drop with huge volume any day in near future.
