mypointz......Phil clearly reported in a PR recently ( within 2 months I believe) that the authorized shares stood at 100M and NOT 300M....he brought this topic up because there was concern from multiple investors that inquired about the number after a filing... and....he stated they had no intention of raising it from 100M to 300M back then....or anytime soon. sounds like a fib to me.

....mypointz...that is just 1 concern out of a dozen others that I'm placing on the table..(refer to my recent postings below to address my other worries)

don't mean to be a wet blanket, but that's my take. When something sounds to good to be true....well, you know the rest. I had high hopes for this organization. Don't think this is a legit operation..who knows. I'm going to be a spectator for now....so I don't have to worry about losing any more money and watch my investment sit at the .50 cent level every day...month after month.
