Pete. 300M authorized is not a surprise. this was resolved last year! I do believe you have not been following or doing your DD properly.JMHO. The number of shareholders, the large differnce being is that the current numbers show the street name i.e if Schwab has 20 investors holding NMKT, it will show up as a single investor. The same with other brokerages. Thanx for the warning though!
