Sure, eat the hamburger, throw the bun away.
Fat is good (but not the kind used by MickyDs to fry that hamburger), even saturated fat, protein is good, refined carbs are bad. Throw away the wheat, corn, rice and any other high-glycemic index carbs in your cupboard (you get enough carbs in your diet from just eating veggies), and stock up on protein, animal fats and veggies.
