4kids, you seem pretty on top of things. Do you know the rule or reg regarding an company's AGM? Based on what I have seen watching a few other companies, IF there is any rule at all requiring a company of JBI's size to have an AGM every year, I suspect it just requires them to hold it sometime in 2011. I highly doubt JBI is required to hold one on the same date or every 12 months. Opinion?
