Very occasionally, Mark4321 says something sensible on agora, as he did last week:

"...Especially companies like PTSC, where everything is a secret (what would we do without Pacer)...."

It may have escaped the attention of most - it certainly escaped my attention until it was pointed out to me - but one of the Pacers posted by wolf on agora was posted almost three weeks after the court issued it - and the issue date had been removed when it was posted on agora. It's worth noting also that, during that time period, nine other Pacers were posted without delay regarding the Barco case.

It was a good news Pacer and, while it may well have been coincidental that the unusual increase in SP that occurred a week ago came the day after that Pacer was posted, one can't help wondering if those in the know were quietly accumulating in those three weeks...

The Pacer I refer to was "OPPOSITION TO BARCO’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT" issued by the court on 4 February 2011. Posted by wolf on 24 February 2011 with the "4" removed so that the date appeared merely as February 2011. What to think of that?
