Really and exactly what patent will pyct be using?

In case you haven't heard they applying for a new superdupper patent to replace the one that produced the samples.

Don't you think that the patent process of R&D and testing will have to be again passed with flying colors?

BTW-That took 2 years!!

The samples they are using is from the patent they not interested in anymore...
