I know your background in evaluating energy companies and you have made me a pretty penny numerous times.

Last I saw WTI oil is over $104. In the back of my mind, I keep the memory of when oil went up to $146 and then collapsed.

I think economies will falter again, but the the Middle East being on fire changes the entire dynamics of energy. Geo-political events in the Suez and/or the Strait of Hormuz will have a profound impact on the West's oil supply. It would certainly clear out the oil glut in Cushing, OK.

In times like this when I stand near my still very snow covered garden, I look at the squirrels in the trees. I have tried to invest like the squirrels, gather nuts and put them in many trees just in case if one of those trees is cut down, then I have protected myself.

What plagues me most is what happens if there is a forest fire!
