Yeah, being in the movie industry he's pretty much well documented for a career. Was CEO at Hemdale for 5 years during the Terminator, Highlander, etc releases. Has a long IMDB profile. His brother was the recent Governor of Kansas.

I have a lot of info in the TDGI Ibox including the recent share holder meeting on video. Feel free to look at it and check it out. They've had their stumbles since going public but I'm confident you'll see they aren't a scam. A bit over optimistic at times, but he's an honest guy.
