Ericy 3G "Framework" -

I read the references very differently than many here do. I listened to that Preso very closely, and my interpretation was and still is that JP used the word "framework" to mean two very different things as follows:

Nok "framework" = we have a 3G specific license with Nok already signed and there is a specified trigger (condition precedent) that will activate the 3G license.

Ericy "framework" = we have a 2G license signed and maybe we can use those T&C's in forming a 3G license. There is NO signed 3G license. There is NO trigger mechanism. ["Ericsson has not signed a 3G license..we ..have a framework
agreement, because we do have a 2 and 2.5 agreement"]

In other words, there was and still is absolutely NOTHING in place between Ericy and IDCC regarding a 3G license.

Janet simply used the same word "framework" to mean 2 different things.

It is now over 2 years since the "watershed" E/SE licenses and still NO 3G license from our new "partners"?
